Greg Wolflick

Gregory D. Wolflick is a partner of Workplace Rights Law Group.

Greg received his B.S. in Business and Public Administration with honors from the University of Arizona in 1977 and his law degree from Southwestern University in 1982. He has practiced exclusively in the area of Labor and Employment Law for the past 34 years, representing employers and employees alike in employment litigation.

Greg’s experience and expertise covers the full breadth of labor and employment law issues, including: wage/hour class action litigation, employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination litigation, retaliation claims, OSHA violations, prevailing wage violations, union trust fund litigation, claims against unions under Federal law, and all related state and federal employment law claims. Greg has appeared before all labor-related state and federal administrative agencies, and is admitted in all state and federal courts in California.

Greg has litigated employment related cases in multiple jurisdictions including California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Colorado, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and South Carolina.

Greg Wolflick is a member of the Labor Law sections of the American and California Bar Associations, and regularly speaks before various employer groups on new developments and practical strategies in labor and employment law.

Most recently, Greg Wolflick was recognized as a “2013 and 2015 BTI Client Services All-Star,” one of only 28 labor and employment law attorneys nationwide to be awarded that distinction based on excellent results and service to clients.

Greg is married, has four children, and enjoys hiking, travel, and a large circle of friends. For those who know him, his unbridled devotion to da’ Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks and yes, the 2016 World Series Champion Cubs is proof positive that you can take the boy out of Chicago, but you can never take the Chicago out of the boy.
