Eva Gramyk

Eva is a trial lawyer whose practice includes most aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims.

Eva earned her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was awarded the Honors Scholarship for three consecutive years, and served as Chief Executive Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. During her time in San Diego, Eva also worked with legal aid organizations to pursue wage claims on behalf of clients before the Labor Commissioner.

After admission to the California State Bar, she has continued to represent clients in front of the Labor Commissioner and in other administrative forums, as well as in single plaintiff and class action litigation.

Outside of the office, Eva enjoys traveling, live music, working with dog rescue organizations, and playing and watching soccer.

Eva is an associate of WRLG, and also practices with the law firm of Wolflick, Simpson, Khachaturian & Bouayad, APC.
